Hartlote
Für das Verbinden von Kontaktmaterial mit Trägerteilen werden ausschließlich
Hartlote eingesetzt, deren Arbeitstemperatur oberhalb 600°C liegt. Die Arbeitstemperatur
stellt dabei die niedrigste Oberflächentemperatur dar, bei der das
Lot die zu verbindenden Werkstoffe benetzt. Sie liegt innerhalb des Schmelzbereiches
des Lotes zwischen der Temperatur des Schmelzbeginns (Solidustemperatur)
und der vollständigen Verflüssigung (Liquidustemperatur). Silberhartlote
weisen eine gute elektrische Leitfähigkeit...
